Big Daddy Stitches Policy: Effective January 1, 2020, we require payment in full to get started on your project. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a tax-exempt form prior to ordering. Failure to provide proper documentation will result in sales tax charges. We allow for 2 free edits on virtual proofs. Any further edits are billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum. To submit changes on your proof, please include any and all edits in one clear and concise email. This will speed up the job and get your job into production faster. We cannot accept phone-in edits. Your approval constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for all errors and omissions contained in your order. BDS will not accept liability for errors overlooked after work order and art approval is granted.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
